Thank you for your booking inquiry, please be advised that your booking is not confirmed until we reach out to you via email or phone. We will be in contact with you within 24 to 48 hours. In the meantime feel free to read our house policies below.

Check In: 3:00 P.M. Check Out: 11:00 A.M.

If you arrive before check in time you can leave your bags in the parlor till your room is ready.

Golf Carts:

We have golf carts available to rent. They are the least expensive golf carts on the island. Please contact us for further details and availability at 419-285-2844. Golf carts are usually sold out most days so make sure to reserve yours.

Amenities:

Every room has a queen size bed along with its own bathroom . Each room also has a ceiling fan and cable TV. We have several bikes for our guests to use, a guest refrigerator and microwave in the main kitchen area. Upon request we do have an iron and ironing board for your use. There are blow dryers in every room. We have access to several of the local pools so please bring your swimsuits. Also we have a gas grill that you also can use along with 2 picnic tables. We want you to feel like you are at home.

Ashley’s Island House Policies:

We value our guests and want to ensure that you enjoy your time spent as Ashley’s Island House.

Please read our policies carefully:

Children are not allowed on Weekends.

Children during the week have to be approved by management when reservations are made.

Only 2 people per room except for the Carriage house. A few rooms have the option for a rollaway bed for an extra charge.

Smoking is not allowed in the House. We do have an area in the back and front of the house for smoking.

No pets allowed.

25 and over on weekends.

Cancellations:

You must cancel your reservation 15 days prior to your arrival in order to receive a refund of your deposit less a 15% cancellation fee. If its within the 14 days of your arrival you may lose your deposit unless we are able to re-rent the room for the entire period reserved.

Guests:

For your safety and the safety of others only registered guests are to be inside the house and/or Carriage House. If someone is asking for a tour or information please have them ring the door for the manager assistance.

Damages:

You will be held liable for any room damages that occur during your stay. By supplying your credit card you will be responsible for the cost of damages to your room.
